How we can work together

I offer one to one sessions via Zoom, or in person in downtown Vancouver. Sessions are bespoke and include exploring lifestyle choices, getting clear on what holds you back and creating beliefs and habits that build a strong foundation for your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Counselling provides a relational field to explore the story and feelings behind your experience, so you can start to feel better now while also looking into the past.

Meditation and yoga offer practices to transform how you're feeling and experience the mind-body connection.

As a coach, I have the ability to help you find ways to move forward with confidence, clarity, and courage. You'll also get take-home practices to deepen your learnings between sessions.

Here's how I can help:

Sessions may be focused on counselling, coaching, or yoga – or a combination of these modalities. If you’re not sure what approach will work for you, I offer a free consultation so we can talk about your needs and come up with a plan to help you meet your goals.

Bringing these modalities together gives you the tools to explore past, present, and future, and to work on all facets of your life including your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness.

These sessions are for you if you feel stuck in life, out of touch with yourself, or unsure what to do next. I will help you tap into the wisdom of your body and your emotions so you can cultivate a deeper understanding of and appreciation for yourself. Each session is unique – some days you might need to talk through things, while other times a somatic approach might be the right fit – but we always follow a similar flow.

We start by identifying what’s coming up for you today and working together to determine the outcome you're looking for and how we’re going to get there.

We'll move beyond analyzing into really feeling your emotions at their core and processing them, so you can let go of what's holding you back and move forward feeling clear and grounded.

Closing with a summary of key takeaways, setting intentions, and making a plan for in-between sessions. Sometimes I also share resources like podcasts, articles or journal prompts to help you integrate the realizations you had in session and apply what we’re working on to your day-to-day.

Influenced by Eastern and Asian cultures who have used yoga and meditation techniques for healing for centuries, these mindful practices encourage a state of wellbeing based upon ancient wisdom.

With dedicated support and guidance on the benefit of quieting your mind and focusing on your body and breath, you may expect to deepen your understanding of the mind-body connection. Whether you are looking to reduce stress, focus your mind, increase energy and motivation, or rest and relax, we will work together to create a practice that helps you feel better and more connected to yourself.

yoga & meditation

Healing your nervous system is about being still. Stepping out of rush and into rest. Learning to be with yourself without trying to fix or correct anything. Private sessions with Rochelle give you the opportunity to step back from the pressures of day-to-day life, observe your thoughts and feelings, and experience a more loving and compassionate relationship with yourself.
