I am a clinical counsellor registered with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association. My passion is to assist others with learning to accept and embrace all parts of yourself – to figure out, what are the things that make me “me”, and how do I live by them? In this work, I utilize a variety of counselling modalities including parts work, narrative therapy, somatics, mindfulness and coaching to support your healing and growth.

One of my main goals is to help you let go of all the “shoulds” – the career you think you should have, the goals you should want to achieve, the life you should be living – to make space for what your heart wants. The idea is to get to know yourself without the weight of expectation and judgment. We will bring awareness to the patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you while building the safety required for you to let go and try something new.
